I am a former chef fromCanada and they use pasturized egs in the mix so they have been treated and no illnesses can happen.

With the other ingredients are stable enough, I would not worry about it, the egg nog will last at least 5-7 more days.

Depending how fast you can drink it, but not much more than what I recommended.</description>
