Downtown Disney was a great suggestion. You can also look at Universal City Walk in Orlando. It’s such a busy place with so many bars and restaurants. Here are few that I remember from our trip a few weeks ago: Pat O’Brien’s, Bob Marley’s, Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Co., Red Coconut Club, Hard Rock Cafe, Emeril’s, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Latin Quarter. You shouldn’t have any trouble finding a place to bartend in the Orlando area, there are tons of places. Good luck to you! : )

try Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney. Disney’s usually pretty good about on the job training.

What about making sushi? I took this class as a student a few years back I paid $10 not $80 but they teach you how to make the basic rolls of sushi and you get to eat everything you create.

They provide you with everything… After taking the class you can get hired. It is Orlando Sushi house its just right outside the FL mall.
